In Nu Xi Omega chapter, when we think of something
delectable to eat, we immediately think of Soror Linda M. Hill and her
fantastic desserts. She is the sole proprietor of Hill Bakes. A part time labor
of love, evolved from her love of cooking. Soror Linda has been baking for over
10 years. She started when a long time friend of her deceased Mother asked if
she recalled how to make her Mother’s “specialty cake”. Soror Linda tried and
succeeded. She has been making scrumptious creations ever since.
She creates wedding cakes, birthday cakes and any other
type of cake that you can dream. Using either Soror Linda’s or her customer’s
imagination, every creation is made from her home ovens. In addition to making
fabulous cakes, Soror Linda caters for small groups. As with any great business,
word of mouth is important…Soror Linda’s clients are her raving fans.
