Welcome to the website of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Nu Xi Omega Chapter. Since December 6, 1980, the chapter has proudly served Middlesex and Somerset Counties, NJ and beyond. 

Under the leadership of our International President, Danette Anthony Reed, and our North Atlantic Regional Director, Elicia Pegues Spearman, Esq., Nu Xi Omega chapter is Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood while embracing a F.I.R.S.T. (Fellowship, Innovation, Respect, Serve, Thrive) mindset. 

Our chapter is comprised of almost 100 college trained women who are trailblazers in various disciplines and most importantly, who are unified in a common goal to implement programs and initiatives that empower families, uplift our local community, advocate for social justice, build economic wealth, and enhance our environment. The current chapter platform is A.F.F.I.R.M. (Advancement, Fellowship, Fairness, Innovation, Recognition, and Modification) and will serve as the backdrop for carrying out our international, regional, and local objectives for 2025 through 2026.

You will also find a link our charitable organization P.E.A.R.L.S., Inc., which allows us to successfully carry out whereby annual scholarships and various youth based programs. Lastly, if you are a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and would like to visit, meetings are held on the 3rd Sunday of each month. You will be asked to provide identification regarding your membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority prior to the meeting.
